The GSKTFREE window system employs a routing method
that holds the window within the panel, eliminating
the need for rubber window gaskets or rigid plastic
frames and rivets, which can easily crack and break
or allow the window to be easily knocked out of the
door.
Our POSIWAVE Oscillators are a visionary application
of gravity-assisted door technology. This high
performance design feature means our doors spring
open with light contact, stay open just long enough
for employees to pass through, and close tightly on
their own for maximum energy and employee
efficiency.
Our M3BEAM hinge systems features a continuous beam
that encloses the working parts, protecting them
from environmental contaminants and eliminating the
stress points where breaks are seen on traditional
door hinges and panels. We use alloy metals for
maximum reliability.
This 100% maintenance free hinge system requires no
lubrication of any kind and comes with a 5 year
lubrication warranty.
This design has an inherent safety feature
minimizing injuries caused by the hinge pinching
fingers and arms.
Our revolutionary MUNIMOUNT frame free system offers
the protection and space savings of an integrated
bollard and frame system. This space saving
frameless design option is available on any Mueller
traffic door and is ideal for retail facilities with
an open floor plan.
This unique design requires nearly a foot less space
to frame. These smaller door openings translate to
more wall display space for retailers.
Not only do our POLRCOR insulated doors offer
highest R value in the industry, they are insulated
with a more environmentally friendly material than
the typical insulated traffic doors manufactured by
other companies.
Our insulated doors offer superior insulating
capability, with a 3/16” skin over 2 ½” cores, for 2
7/8 inches of total insulating depth. In addition,
wear plates are available molded into the door skin,
eliminating fasteners and space for bacterial and
mold growth.
Our proprietary FLEXCOR75 material blend allows door
panels to flex gracefully, preventing damage under
heavy use in high-traffic areas.
Our proprietary MEMRFLEX material blend allows tear
drop bumpers to absorb impacts without losing shape
or breaking.
